Steps to Add Knowledge

1. Open the agent you want to train.

2. Scroll and navigate to the Knowledge Base section.

   

    

3. Choose how you want to add content:
   • Upload files
   • Paste text
   • Add URLs
4. Upload or enter your content.
5. Allow the platform to process and index the information.
6. Test the agent by asking sample questions related to the content.
