Email Campaigns

Introduction to Campaigns

Campaigns are how you send your microsite out to prospects and contacts as an email blast. Once your microsite is built, sending a campaign takes just a few minutes.

What You'll Need

Before creating a campaign, make sure you have:

Set Up Email Integration

Email Integration must be connected before you can send a campaign.

  1. Go to Account Settings and open the Integrations tab.
  2. Select your email provider (Google or Office365).
  3. Click Connect.

You only need to do this once — after that, you're ready to send campaigns anytime.

Create a Campaign

  1. Click the megaphone icon on the left side of your dashboard to open Campaigns.
  2. Click New Campaign.
  3. Click Add Recipients, then add contacts by:

    • Entering individual email addresses, or
    • Selecting a contact group

Tip: After clicking Next, you can still make edits to a contact group before continuing.

  4. Click Next.
  5. Click Select Microsite, then choose the microsite you want to send.
    • A preview appears so you can confirm it's the right one.
    • To use a different microsite, click Change Microsite.
    • To rename the campaign, click the pencil icon in the top-left corner of the page.
  6. Click Next to continue.
  7. Build your email:

    • Write it manually, apply a saved template, or save your draft as a new template using Email Template.
    • Use the merge field generator to insert fields that personalize automatically — like a recipient's name.
    • Or type a prompt into the AI Assistant to have it draft the email for you.

Want the whole cadence built for you instead? Use Generate with AI to create a full multi-step email sequence from a short description — see Creating Multi-Step Email Campaigns in OneMob.

  8. When you're ready, either:
    • Click Send Now to send immediately, or
    • Click the clock icon in the top-right corner to schedule it for later.

Clone a Campaign

Rather than rebuilding a similar campaign from scratch, you can clone an existing one into a new draft.

  1. Open the campaign you want to clone.
  2. Click Clone Campaign.
  3. A new draft is created with the same steps, delays, and email content (if it's a multi-step campaign).
  4. Recipients are not copied over — add new recipients to the draft the same way you would for a new campaign (see Create a Campaign above).
  5. Edit the draft as needed, then send it right away or schedule it for later.

This is a quick way to reuse a campaign that's already performing well, without rebuilding every step by hand.
