To view a report on an individual microsite, you can export a CSV summary showing detailed engagement data for each recipient.
How to Export a Summary Report
- Click the Microsites icon on the left side of your dashboard.
- Click the microsite you want to get a report for.
- Click More.
- Click Settings.
- Click Export Summary.
- Click Save.
- Check your email for the link to the CSV report.

Once downloaded, your report will include the following columns:

| Last Name | Recipient's last name |

| Status | Whether the email was sent or not |
| Unsubscribed | Yes or No |
| Bounced | Yes or No |
| Activities | Total number of activities by the recipient |
| Opens | Total number of opens by the recipient |
| Views | Total number of views by the recipient |
| Watches | Total number of watches by the recipient |
| Clicks | Total number of clicks by the recipient |
| Replies | Total number of replies by the recipient |
| Watch Time | Total watch time for the featured video by the recipient |
| Exists in CRM | Whether this data is reflected in an integrated CRM |
