Outreach Integration

The Outreach integration lets you easily add OneMob videos, documents, and links into your emails and templates. Your content is shared through a single, branded page, and you can track how recipients interact with it in real time. This helps you send more engaging emails and follow up more effectively.

Option 1: Integrate OneMob activities into Outreach

Prerequisite: Enable Outreach integration in OneMob (OneMob Admin)

Before using the integration, a OneMob admin must enable Outreach for your organization.

How to enable Outreach:

1. Log in to OneMob as an admin

2. Navigate to Admin Settings

3. Locate the CRM Integrations section

4. Select Outreach

5. Enable access for your company group

Step 1: Connect Your Outreach Account in OneMob (All Users)

Each user must connect their individual Outreach account to OneMob.

How to connect your account:

1. Log in to OneMob

2. Go to Settings

3. Click Integrations

4. Select Connect CRM

5. Choose Outreach

6. Log in to your Outreach account in the pop-up window

7. Authorize access

Data Synced

After connecting:

• OneMob will begin writing activity data back to Outreach via campaigns and tracked links.

• Engagement events (views, clicks, time spent) are captured automatically

Step 2: Import Leads from Outreach

You can easily bring your Outreach leads into OneMob for targeting, tagging, and content sharing.

 Import from Campaigns:

1. Navigate to Add Contacts in OneMob

2. Select Import from Outreach

3. Choose the campaign you want to pull leads from

4. Select contacts and import

 Import via Add Contacts:

1. Click  Contacts Icon 👤

2. Select Import from Outreach

3. Browse or search for contacts

4. Select the leads you want to import

 Quick Tip: Apply tags during or after import

Option 2: Install OneMob as a plug-in

Prerequisite: Install OneMob in Outreach for all users (Outreach admin)

Before connecting accounts, an Outreach admin must install the OneMob integration.

How to install OneMob in Outreach:

1. Log in to Outreach as an admin

2. Navigate to Settings

3. Click Integrations

4. Search for OneMob

5. Click Install

Step 1: Access OneMob in Outreach

Once connected, you can use OneMob directly within Outreach workflows.

How to access OneMob:

1. Log in to Outreach

2. Navigate to a prospect, sequence, or email step

3. Locate the OneMob integration button or option

4. Launch the OneMob composer

Step 2: Send OneMob Content from Outreach

How to send content:

1. Open an email step or create a new message in Outreach

2. Click the OneMob button

3. The OneMob composer will open

4. Select or create your content (video, microsite, template)

5. Insert or send the content within your Outreach message
