Salesforce Errors

What is an OAuth Error mean when connecting to Salesforce?

An OAuth Error when logging in with Salesforce is usually caused by a session timeout — simply try logging in again. If the error persists, contact OneMob support.

An OAuth Error, like the one shown below, can occur when logging in using your Salesforce credentials. This typically happens if you click Login with Salesforce but wait too long before entering your credentials. Salesforce enforces a session timeout as a security precaution, which can trigger this error if you take too long.

How to Fix It

  1. Try logging in again.
  2. If the error continues to occur, contact us at support@onemob.com.
