iOS
Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and enable OneMob (switch to green).
Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone and enable OneMob (switch to green).
Android
Note: the Settings layout on an Android may vary depending on the phone .
Go to Settings > Apps (Applications), then tap on Configure apps located in the top right corner. From here, go to App permissions > Camera and enable camera for Onemob (switch to green).
You should see the permission for Microphone in the same general area.
Note: On some Android phones, instead of "Configure apps", you may see a list of apps currently installed on your phone.
